Customer Support Specialist

You are going to be part of Taxify Riga Operations team. We have thousands of clients, who expect superb customer service in case there are any issues with Taxify service.

This means:

  • You have great customer service skills like great listening and responsiveness!
  • Resolving drivers and customers complaints genuinely while creating loyal fans
  • Working with Customer Support Systems, E-mails and Taxify backoffice systems
  • Helping with any other issues from our riders and drivers
  • Testing new Beta versions of Taxify app with cool & upcoming features

We really want you to:

  • Be young, energetic and attentive communicator
  • Have good spoken and written Latvian, Russian and English
  • Get excited of making people super happy 🙂
  • Having sales and analytical experience is a nice plus
